WordMove es un juego en el cual el jugador tiene que combinar palabras de al menos tres letras de una forma similar a un puzzle. El movimiento de la letra está limitado por la posición de las otras letras.

Board
The game board is 13x13 squares. The computer puts letters on them at random. A player’s task is to combine at least three-letter words in a way similar to a crossword puzzle. A player moves letters with a mouse clicking the left mouse button on the letter marking it as active. Then he or she moves the mouse to an empty square on the board, clicks it with the left button again, which makes the active letter move to the square. To deactivate the letter without changing its position, the right mouse button should be pressed. Letters can also be swapped by clicking them one by one with the left mouse button. The active letter movement is limited by the other letters’ positions; it is not possible to move the active letter to the place which is blocked by other letters.
Combining words
If a player moves a letter or swaps letters in such a way that a word included in the dictionary is created, it will be highlighted in green, and the scored points will be displayed on the counter. The words can be combined in a straight line – vertically down and horizontally from left to right. The combined words can be extended by adding new letters before and after; any letters can also be removed out of it. The words can be crossed and for each crossed word pair a player scores an extra bonus. If as a result of a player’s move, a few words can be created in one line or column, the word combination scoring the most points is marked. Each player’s move which does not combine a new word or change in the existing one results in adding extra letters to the board. There are more and more such letters as the game proceeds, and their number depends on the points received by the player. If as a result of adding new letters a new word is combined, a player can mark it by clicking one of the word letters twice. In order to score points for the combined words and vacate the squares on the board, the „Submit” button should be pressed. If there are no more places for adding new letters to the board, the computer will use that option for the player.
Scoring
The number of points a player scores depends on the number of letters. Every successive value of the coefficient is the sum of its two previous values; it is the so-called Fibonacci sequence.

The number of points a player receives having pressed the „Submit” button is calculated using the formula under the board – the sum of points for all the words multiplied by the sum of the word number and their crossing.
Correct words
The words that are combined by a player are checked with a dictionary. The process may last quite long if there are many letter arrangements. Then, “Verifying” replaces „Submit” and you just have to wait.
Time
The time of the game is not limited. A player has any time to consider a move.
Random change of letter positions
Having pressed the “Submit” button, the “Scramble” button is activated. Pressing it swaps letters on the board at random, which may be quite useful when a player is not able to combine a word using the available letters. Having pressed the “Scramble” button, it is deactivated.
Game over
The game is over the moment that a player is not able to combine a single new word on the board and there are no vacancies on it.
